Featured Attraction

Killarney Provincial Park

This majestic, mountainous wilderness of sapphire lakes and jack pine ridges so captivated artists – including The Group of Seven’s A.Y. Jackson – that they persuaded the Ontario government to make it a park.

Killarney Provincial Park

A favourite park among many outdoor adventurers, Killarney features front and back country camping set amongst the smooth quartzite ridges and wind swept pines along inland lakes just off of Georgian Bay.

A canoeist or kayaker’s paradise, Killarney’s backcountry campsites are remote and accessed via water.

Paddlers can plan daytrips throughout the park, including a paddle then hike to Silver Peak along Ontario’s former mountain range

Hikers can enjoy several trails throughout the park, the largest – the La Cloche Silouette Trail - a 7-10 day loop along 100 kilometres of rugged wilderness!
